Holiday Shipping Deadlines
USPS has suggested a Holiday Shipping Deadline of December 18th, 2024 for the Ground Select Mail which is the service used ship your packages. They ESTIMATE that this COULD provide delivery before December 25th. THIS IS NOT A DELIVERY GUARANTEE.
For your order to ship by Dec 18th, the order must be submitted online by December 16th.
We cannot not provide Priority mail upgrades or any special delivery/"rush" requests. We cannot control delays of your delivery by USPS due to weather, staffing, air/trucking, etc. You are not entitled to a refund if you do not get your package "in time" for your needs. Please have patience for USPS to deliver your order with the understanding that this is the busiest time of the year, not only for the Postal Service, but for our family as well.
We STRONGLY SUGGEST you order IMMEDIATELY because we will be out of the office Dec 9-13th. Orders placed before Dec 6th will ship right away. Orders placed after this time will be processed when we return home Dec 14th. We will do everything in our power to have all packages shipped by the USPS December 18th deadline.
