Returns are only processed as REFUNDS.
Please place a new order for any items you still need. 

We gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt. Please contact us at info@diamonddrillsusa.com to notify of your intention to return the product and follow the return information below.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be refunded only for the product(s) being returned. Take into consideration that shipping your items back may cost more than the refund itself. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We cannot accept the return of the 200-drill packs if the manufactured cellophane package has been opened or taped shut. Bulk bags WILL BE WEIGHED to assure the appropriate quantity has been returned. Reduced refunds will be given if "samples" have been taken and the weight is lower than standard on returned Bulk bags.

DO NOT USE BASIC PAPER ENVELOPES FOR RETURNS. Drills are non-machinable - they will be crushed in the postal processing machinery which results in torn envelopes, popped bags, and loose drills. We suggest using the original shipping package, bubbles mailers or padded envelopes for protection of items in transit. You will not be refunded if the product returned is unsellable because of improper packaging resulting in damage. 

Include a copy of the provided packing slip or a paper with your Name, Address, and Order number to identify your return.  If we don't know who the return is coming from we don't know who to refund.

Refunds
We will notify you via email once your return is received and inspected. Your refund will be applied to your original method of payment. Again, you will only be refunded for the returned product. Return shipping and Original shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Exchanges 
We cannot process exchanges as the shipping of the new items would still need to be paid for. You are welcome to return the product you do not want for refund and place a new order for any new items you need. You can order now for immediate shipping or wait until you get your refund email to make your purchase. 

Failure to return items in accordance with this policy or abuse of this policy may result in account suspension and future order cancellation.
