When will my order ship?

We pack and ship orders 6 days a week from Seattle, WA USA. Our standard order processing time is as follows:

  • You place your order today.
  • Your order is processed tomorrow.
  • USPS picks up the package the following day.

Are the diamonds Acrylic or Resin?

Our Standard Round and Square DMC diamonds and the AB/Aurora Borealis diamonds are manufactured in Acrylic.

The Stardust (aka "Fairydust") & the Jelly Glitter diamonds are manufactured in Resin.

What colors should I buy?

Drills are sold by DMC number. If you do not have the DMC number, please consult a DMC chart to find a suitable match. Photos are provided of all of our products to help you determine if what we carry will match your needs. We cannot provide you with artistic advice - only you know what is right for your project. View our Dye Lot Policy for more information about color variations.
