Shipping Location & Schedule
We ship from Seattle, WA, USA. Delivery time is entirely dependent on the US Postal Service. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information on the day your order has left our hands. Check your Spam folders if our emails are not landing in your Inbox.

Shipping Cost

  • Rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the products purchased and the shipping zones instituted by USPS. You are only paying for the EXACT cost of the shipping label at a Commercial Rate which is lower than standard USPS Retail rates.
  • Orders OVER $30 get free First Class shipping - Your order subtotal must be over $30 before any coupons/discounts for the Free Shipping option to appear. 

 
Order Processing
Orders are processed in 24-48 hour batches. This allows time for customers to review their orders and contact us with any changes that may be needed and the time we need to prepare the inventory and pack your order.  

Shipping Method
Orders ship First Class/Ground Advantage rate via US Postal Service. This provides tracking & delivery confirmation. Orders are packaged in bubble mailers to protect the contents. This offers both buyer and seller protection that you get your items in a timely manner, and they arrive in good condition.  

    Shipping Days

    USPS picks up our shipments 6 days a week, Monday-Saturday, except on Holidays when the Post Office is closed.

    • Presidents Day: Monday, Feb. 16
    • Memorial Day: Monday, May 25
    • Juneteenth National Independence Day: Friday, June 19
    • Independence Day: Friday, July 3rd & July 4th
    • Labor Day: Monday, Sept. 7
    • Columbus/Indigenous Persons Day: Monday, Oct. 12
    • Veterans Day: Wednesday, Nov. 11
    • Thanksgiving: Thursday, Nov. 26
    • Christmas Day: Friday, Dec. 25


    Tracking
    You are provided with a tracking number via email when your order has shipped. For up-to-date tracking information, use the USPS website:

    Once the package leaves our hands, we have no control over delays by USPS. We will not refund shipping costs due to delays by the postal service. If tracking on the package shows no movement for 7 days, please contact us so we can assist with finding the package.

    Delivered - but it's not here!
    Frequently tracking shows the package may show as Delivered, but it's no where to be seen. When this happens, the package is usually delivered the next delivery day or found by a family member who placed it somewhere around the house. We kindly ask that you wait 24-48 hours before deciding the package is lost. After that time, contact us for assistance.

    Shipped - wrong address provided
    Your order confirmation email asks you to review your order for accuracy including the shipping address. There are typically 24-48 hours before your order ships for a customer to notify us of any changes needed to the order. If we ship the order to the address you provide and the address is not valid, we are not responsible for providing a refund or a replacement. If the package gets returned to us by either USPS as undeliverable, unable to forward, or a "return to sender" from the original address, we will process a refund for the items returned only. You will not be refunded for original shipping cost of the order.

    International Shipping
    Due to numerous lost packages resulting in expensive refunds and loss of product, we will NOT ship outside of the USA. No exceptions. We DO accept orders from International customers, but they must be shipping to a USA address where the mail can be picked up by the customer or forwarded to them. There are other drill sellers out there in Canada, UK, Australia and elsewhere. You should not need to order drills from the USA with expensive shipping when you can support another local business closer to your area. Check Etsy and Google for sellers in your country.
